The trial schedule the court hearing Schedule is at the end there's pretty Much nothing left the decision can be Made any day now now I've been on record Saying I believe to the best of my Knowledge that this case will be over Sometime before June or July June or July is when I really have been Targeting but it's April it's the middle Of April this could end any time any day Judge Torres can come out and give the Ruling and tell us that xrp is not a Security and that the SEC can go smoke One because that's what's going to Probably happen now look when I tell you Guys that Xrp is going to be the number one Performer of the bull run it does that Mean if the SEC wins a case that's going To happen no absolutely not there's a Few stipulations let me use stipulations The case has to end xrp has to be Considered not a security and a Settlement or winning outright and then There cannot be an appeal filed so what We're really looking for here is a Settlement if Ripple wins not opens up The SEC to appeal to the Supreme Court Then that could be a problem okay so We're going to assume that doesn't Happen we're going to assume that Ripple Settles they get the label not a Security okay And we're able to to go forward from
There now if that's the case we're going To see all kinds of Dominoes number one As soon as the case ends we're going to See the price of xrp start going through The roof now the suspicion is that a lot Of the whales are buying up xrp right Now because they're anticipating the end Of this case being very soon makes Common sense I definitely believe that's What's been happening now is it Insider Information that people have that the Case is ending it could be potentially For some of it but not all of it so it's Just Wales buying that's what we do uh You know when you look like you're Getting to the end of a case guys your Time to accumulate xrp at these current Prices are going away soon but it's not Just that when it's when it gets cleared On a security the price is going to go Up we have several different moves that Are going to occur every time Xrp is relisted on a major exchange that Was taken off of Book price go up Once the Bull Run really hits It's not Hidden right now guys this is us just Recovering losses when the Bull Run Really hits what we're gonna see Is we're going to see the attention come Into the space video views are going to Be out of control And we are going to see all of these Re-listings
