Introversion is not something that needs to be cured. It took me a long time to realise this and that’s what this video is about. You don’t need to be an extrovert to be successful. This is a time more than ever for introverts to thrive. I spent most of my childhood holed up in my bedroom because I suffered from social anxiety and really struggled with speaking to people and joining conversations but this wasn’t at all due to me simply being an introvert. I realised I lacked knowledge and confidence in myself so when I learn how to be more confident in what I was saying is when I really began to succeed and understand myself and what it means to be me.
