How do you actually wake up earlier more easily? Are you struggling to wake up during quarantine while you’re stuck at home because there’s no motivation for you to do anything because the world is ending? You’re not along, we’re all struggling during this strange time we’re living in and quarantine can make it especially more difficult so in this video I thought I’d share with you some of the systems I’ve put in place to make it a little easier for me to get out of bed in the morning and get on with a productive day.
